The fault can be eliminated by removing these foreign objects. The reason why the cover lock is not securely locked is usually because there is foreign matter under the cover limit plate or in the lock hole of the box. The lock can be secured after removing the foreign matter.

Treatment methods include but are not limited to cleaning, adjustment, replacement of parts, etc.

For example, if there is a problem with the cassette of the baler, you may need to disassemble the washer of the hexagonal nut, loosen the screw on the middle connecting axis, remove the jammed object, and then restore it. If the problem is caused by the selected packing tape being too thick or too thin, you should choose a packing tape of appropriate thickness. If the crossbar electromagnet is not working properly, check whether the electromagnet wire has fallen off, whether it has been displaced or burned out, and the electromagnet needs to be replaced if necessary. When the oil pump is noisy, it may be necessary to replace the oil pump or perform other maintenance measures.
