The NKW160Q Paper Baling Press Machine is a device used to compress loose materials such as waste paper and cartons into square or rectangular bales. The machine is hydraulically driven and has the characteristics of easy operation, high efficiency and low noise. Its main components include hydraulic system, compression chamber, pressure head, package outlet, etc.
During the working process, the waste paper is put into the compression chamber, the hydraulic system is started, and the pressure head moves downward to compress the waste paper. When the pressure reaches the set value, the pressure head stops pressing down and the waste paper is compressed into regular square or rectangular bales. Then, the pressure head moves upward, the bale outlet opens, and the compressed waste paper bales are pushed out of the compression chamber, completing the baling process.
